If we could’ve gave them 10 stars we would have! Cody and his crew go beyond the definition of due diligence towards a customer. The amount of respect and concern and sincerity they show is hard to find these days and alongside that the positive attitude and willingness to help and go out of their way each of them as an individual to make. Their team function is incredible and truly admirable not only do they go out of their way anytime we’ve came, but they take care of us quickly to where we’ll be able to get back to life, and most importantly the cost. I’ve never met a more honest group of guys especially mechanics then this group right here they are not out to rob you. The old saying goes the proof is in the pudding and you can tell by their work that they want to help you and get the job done to where you’re safe on the road for you and your loved ones. I would 100% recommend Meineke Car Care on Hendersonville Road to anybody for any car problem and I guarantee you if they can’t get the job done they’ll direct you to somebody who can but more than likely they’ll be able to do it. As long as it’s in their line of expertise.

My wife, our Cocker Spaniel, and I were on vacation in the Great Smoky Mountains. While going up and down mountain sides, our front driver wheel system ran hot and locked up. This was on a Saturday after noon. We were almost an hour from the store in Hendersonville. Still, when we called the store to see if they could help us today, they said, “Come on in.” Once there, they listened to our problem with the brakes, then immediately took it in and investigated. Soon, the technician discovered an install error from months ago at Mavis Tire’s in Sumter. Here, they could have fixed the issues and have charged me for the repairs. However, they asked if I would go to a Mavis Tire’s store twenty minutes away that would probably replace the mishap components under warranty. So, we did that and sure enough, Mavis Tire’s in Fletcher, N.C. fixed all my brake issues for free. Cody was the Meineke manager, if I’m not mistaken. Absolutely a trustworthy and excellent work ethic place of business. I highly recommend. Thank you Cody and to your techs! I thank the Lord for y’all.

I don't typically leave reviews but if you're looking at coming here you may want to read this (I would give 0 stars if it would let me). I received a low tire pressure alert on my car and visually inspected my tires in which none of them looked flat but I did notice a very tiny nail in one of my tires. I took it straight to Meineke on Hendersonville Rd and asked them to see if they could patch the hole from the nail. They told me they wouldn't be able to get to it until the next day. The next day, with no verbal communication, I receive a text with two quotes of services totaling roughly $1,500 and $900 (4 new tires, and then an option with 4 cheaper tires) - in which it stated I needed to replace all 4 tires because of uneven wear and because the nail was in the side wall of the tire - they couldn't patch it. Irate that they didn't even provide a quote for ONE tire replacement, I told them I would get a second opinion because it did not appear the nail was in the sidewall. I took my vehicle to another shop in which they checked the tire pressure (it was 40 PSI) and then removed the nail and checked for leaking air.. Get this.. We were having battery troubles which led to being a bit more complex engine issues, but Nick, John, and Jason were super kind and upfront with what was needed, why, and the cost. They took their time in breaking down the estimate and showing us the affected parts/explaining what they should look like which we really appreciated. They were professional and generous with providing a ride share to and from the shop. Our 08’ Corolla sounds better than ever after the work they did on her and we are so grateful!

This Meineke is absolutely the best place to get your car serviced in the Asheville area. I’ve been here a few times now and am always extremely pleased with the professionalism, as well as the kindness that they show. Cody, who works up front, goes above and beyond for every single customer I’ve ever seen him work with while I’ve been waiting for my car to be finished. He is patient, knowledgeable, very personable, and is remarkably amazing at remembering people by name. I’ve been impressed by him each time I’ve visited. The rest of the team, although I haven’t interacted with them face to face, all take intense care of the cars they work on, and mine is thriving because they do sensational work. I’m never told I need to do something excessive, but they are honest with what does need to happen to keep your vehicle running smoothly. 10/10 I have recommended and will continue to recommend this location, because they’re just superstars.
